Air Curtains Australia offers free shipping to mainland Australia for all goods purchased through our online store at www.air-curtains-australia.myshopify.com.

This offer includes delivery to the following states and territories:

New South Wales
Queensland
Australian Capital Territory (A.C.T.)
Western Australia
South Australia
Tasmania
Northern Territory

Important Exclusions:
Free shipping applies only within 100 kilometres of major cities in the above states. Remote and regional areas outside this radius may incur additional shipping costs.

Island Deliveries:
Our free shipping offer excludes island destinations off the coast of Australia. If you require delivery to one of the following or similar locations, please contact us directly at (03) 9794 8182 for a customised shipping quote:

Responsibility & Delivery Terms:
Air Curtains Australia takes full responsibility for your order until it arrives at your nominated delivery address. In the event your goods are damaged during transit, we will either replace or refund the item.

Please note:

We are not responsible for unloading the goods at the delivery site.
Any damage incurred during unloading is the responsibility of the customer or receiving party.

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives correctly, securely, and on time.

Please be aware that we use Courier companies to ship the majority of orders. For this reason we do not deliver to a PO Box address unless its been organised with us via email and phone prior to ordering.

International Shipping

Please contact us for a quote via email if you are located overseas. Include your company details, location, what product you are after and when you need the goods to be delivered.

All shipping requirements are to be organised by yourself, the buyer.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances orders may take longer, however you will be notified if there is a delay.

Location, stock availability and holiday periods may affect your delivery times. We keep an inventory list of our products that are in stock online so you should not be able to order any goods that are not currently in stock. Please contact us for information about stock availability if we you cannot purchase your goods.

Shipping is often sent out on the same day once payment is confirmed and if its prior to cut off times for pick up on the day.

Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney approximately 1-3 business days.

Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast approximately 2-5 business days.

Other capital cities and metro areas allow approximately 4-7 business days.

The more remote the shipping address is the longer it may take for delivery. Please contact us for further details. We do not guarantee delivery days and times.

If you require urgent same day delivery and are located in the Melbourne metropolitan area please contact us for details. Extra costs may apply.

Order Arrival

You must enter your shipping address upon checkout. Please ensure your details are filled out correctly and that any specific requirements that you require upon delivery are written in the comments box provided upon checkout.

This may keep you from incurring extra freight charges if unable to deliver.
